Client Acquisition Specialist – B2B Sales (US Market)

About the role

The Client Acquisition Specialist will target US‑based construction businesses, engage decision‑makers, and generate qualified appointments to drive new client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US contractors, builders, construction companies and business owners.
• Present BPO BAY’s construction services, understand prospect needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments with interested decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate call notes and prospect details in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly outreach and sales KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with US‑based prospects and decision‑makers.
• Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Availability to work on‑site in Islamabad on a night shift (6 PM–3 AM PST).
