Real Estate Outreach Representative

About the role

Lead Axis is seeking confident, motivated outreach representatives to connect with real estate agents across the United States. You will introduce Lead Axis, explain its lead‑generation and referral services, and help schedule introductory meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with real estate agents and brokerages across the U.S.
• Reach out to prospective partners through LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
• Introduce Lead Axis and explain its real‑estate lead‑generation and referral services.
• Follow up professionally with interested Realtors and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and track conversations in the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up with prospects.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and consistent.
