Sales Calling Representative – US Market (Outbound Calls)

About the role

Join SaMeD RCM Solutions as a Sales Calling Representative focused on the US healthcare market. You will make outbound cold calls to introduce our medical billing and revenue cycle management services to providers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices in the US.
• Introduce and explain our medical billing and RCM services professionally.
• Identify potential clients, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate call records, prospect information, and follow‑up notes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Good spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls and a persuasive communication style.
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn performance‑based incentives.
• Willingness to work evening/night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Previous experience in call centers, telesales, international campaigns, or business development is preferred.

Required skills

• Professional phone etiquette.
• Basic understanding of medical billing or healthcare services (optional).
