Client Onboarding Executive

About the role

PostEx is hiring a Client Onboarding Executive in Lahore. The ideal candidate has a Computer Science background, experience in a SaaS or technology company and strong communication skills. The role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and product adoption activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.
