About the role

A client onboarding intern is needed in Lahore to support customer-facing and operational teams. The role suits enthusiastic, energetic entry-level professionals with a Computer Science background.

Key responsibilities

Assist in customer onboarding and support activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution.
Prepare reports, documentation and customer communications.
Support product demonstrations and training sessions.
Maintain records and update internal systems.
Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Basic understanding of software products and technology concepts.

Preferred skills

Internship experience in technology or software companies.
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing or collaboration tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
