Client Relations Specialist - Project Sales

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's largest online real estate portal connecting buyers with sellers within and outside the country, is hiring a Client Relations Specialist for its Project Sales team. You will sell property units, visit clients, understand their needs, give demonstrations and help close deals, acting as the face of the company and making sure every customer has a simple, seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' requirements and keep them informed about relevant property units.
• Give clients demonstrations, organise site visits and follow up until deals are closed.
• Follow up with clients to understand changes in their requirements and maintain good relationships.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide a simple, seamless process.

Required profile

• Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Passion for sales, with commitment to excellence and customer service aligned with the company's core values.
