Client Relationship Executive – Healthcare Accounts

About the role

Perpetual Beacon is looking for a full‑time Client Relationship Executive to join its Lahore office. You will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based healthcare clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main relationship manager for assigned physician practices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct regular client meetings, track action items, and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate internally with operations, revenue‑cycle management, credentialing, scheduling, prior‑authorization, compliance, technology, and leadership teams.
• Manage escalations, monitor client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Support contract renewals and document all client interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent professionalism and communication skills.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and ability to build long‑term trust with physicians and practice administrators.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
