Client Success Manager Trainee

About the role

The Client Success Manager Trainee will support client satisfaction by processing orders, building relationships, and assisting with project coordination. This position requires strong customer‑service abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes accurately and within SLA timelines.
• Develop and maintain daily relationships with customers across multiple departments.
• Provide operational reporting and proactive 5‑star customer service.
• Handle off‑catalog requests, manage inventory allocations, and support hardware/software contracts.
• Participate in account planning, pipeline growth, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.

Required profile

• Graduate in any specialization; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in enterprise‑level sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate and influence.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
