Customer Support & Sales Representative (US Sales Campaign)

About the role

A call centre in Bahria Town, Lahore is hiring Customer Support and Sales Representatives for its US Sales Campaign. The position is on-site, with a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. Candidates must speak fluent English with a clear, natural American accent.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
• Communicate professionally in English with a clear, natural American accent.
• Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet sales targets and keep accurate customer records.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear American accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Confidence when dealing with US-based clients.
• Willingness to work night shifts and achieve performance goals.
• Previous call centre or sales experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent English are welcome.
