Clinical Representative – Healthcare IT

About the role

Sequel Technologies is seeking a Clinical Representative to join its healthcare‑IT team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on configuring and improving electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) workflows for physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices, while acting as a bridge between clinical staff and the software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance EHR/EMR templates such as SOAP notes, physiotherapy treatment plans and procedure documentation.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians and other healthcare professionals to capture clinical workflow requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams to refine clinical features for rehabilitation settings.
• Train internal teams and client users on best practices and system functionalities.
• Ensure all clinical documentation complies with industry standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (non‑practicing).
• Experience in physiotherapy clinical environments or healthcare‑IT projects involving EHR/EMR systems.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Willingness to work US time‑zone shifts (summer 5 PM–2 AM, winter 6 PM–3 AM).

Required skills

• Proficiency with EHR/EMR platforms and ability to create custom templates and reports.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy workflows, patient assessment and treatment documentation.
• Understanding of medical billing and coding processes.
