Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

Minerva Research Solutions is seeking a Night Shift Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to support patient enrollment for US‑based clinical studies. The role focuses on screening, recruiting, and documenting qualified volunteers while ensuring compliance with FDA and GCP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews and screenings of prospective study participants across the United States.
• Maintain an organized database of participants in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to boost recruitment numbers.
• Communicate with participants via phone, SMS, and email, providing accurate study information.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) to meet recruitment targets.
• Ensure proper documentation of consent forms and volunteer records.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and outreach initiatives as needed.
• Participate in special projects and other related duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in BDS or Pharm‑D.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a relevant clinical‑trial or recruitment role.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency; US accent preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
