Cloud Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Cloud Sales Consultant you will advise corporate clients on Jazz’s portfolio of cloud and IT solutions, helping them improve performance and drive digital transformation. Reporting to the Regional Manager Cloud Central, you will build long‑term relationships and be responsible for revenue growth in the Karachi market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business needs and propose tailored cloud, SaaS, PaaS and infrastructure solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while meeting retention and recovery goals for the assigned portfolio.
• Conduct regular B2B visits to large accounts, manage after‑sales support, handle complaints and drive new account acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as pre‑sales, finance, product and credit to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to expand the footprint of cloud, cybersecurity, backup, data analytics and IoT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in enterprise ICT, cloud, managed services or technology sales, preferably with OEMs, system integrators or telecom operators.
• Strong track record of enterprise sales, account management and meeting KPIs.
