Cobot & Robot Application Engineer / Programmer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cobot Application Engineer & Programmer to lead the research, development and deployment of collaborative robot systems across manufacturing facilities in Pakistan. You will work with cutting‑edge automation technologies, delivering solutions for palletising, pick‑and‑place, machine tending, inspection and material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Program and configure collaborative robots for diverse customer applications.
• Develop robot I/O, integrate cobots with conveyors, sensors, cameras, printers and other peripheral equipment.
• Assist in project design, conduct factory acceptance testing, and perform onsite installation, commissioning and start‑up.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues remotely and on‑site, and generate documentation and project reports.
• Demonstrate applications to customers, support sales during technical evaluations, and deliver training and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in robotics or industrial automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Basic understanding of sensors, pneumatics, electrical control systems and PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan and occasional international training.
