Cold Caller – Lead Generation

About the role

FalconXoft, a web development company, seeks a motivated Cold Caller to drive lead generation for its IT and custom web development services. You will engage prospects over the phone, qualify their needs, and funnel qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce FalconXoft’s services.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update records in the CRM system.
• Understand prospects’ business requirements and match them with relevant service offerings.
• Schedule meetings or product demos for qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, business development, or IT sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Target‑oriented, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
• Basic understanding of IT services, especially web development, is preferred.
