About the role
The Relationship Officer is responsible for achieving monthly retention KPIs, maintaining high save rates, and ensuring card business goals are met through effective retention efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly save rate KPIs and card retention targets.
- Maintain top call quality, customer service etiquette, and 100% adherence to retention ADM.
- Ensure no complaints or errors, meet TAT for customer requests, and attend daily team huddles.
- Monitor personal performance and align strategies to improve retention outcomes.
Required profile
- University graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales and customer focus, able to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and people management skills.
- Result‑driven team player with analytical and computer skills.
