B2B Sales Executive – Night Shift (US Tech / Outbound)

About the role

Ringo Outbound Sales is seeking experienced B2B outbound sales executives to join its on‑site team in Karachi. The position works the US night shift (8 PM‑3 AM PKT) and focuses on generating qualified meetings for AI software and SaaS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to C‑suite executives, founders, VPs and directors across the United States.
• Bypass gatekeepers, handle objections and deliver concise tech value propositions.
• Qualify prospects against the ideal client profile and schedule discovery calls for account executives.
• Maintain accurate lead status and pipeline data in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years documented B2B outbound cold‑calling experience targeting North American decision‑makers.
• Proven record of booking qualified sales meetings in tech, SaaS, marketing or corporate services.
• Professional spoken English with strong executive presence and active listening.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nazimabad during the full night shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a high‑speed multi‑line dialer.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
