Cold Caller – Outbound Sales for Software Services

About the role

We are looking for energetic Cold Callers to join the Software Development Business Department of Amco IT Systems in Lahore. You will make high‑volume outbound calls to pre‑qualified prospects, introduce our IT services, and set up appointments for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Dial from provided lead lists and use the CRM to track interactions.
• Introduce Amco IT Systems’ software development and related services.
• Qualify prospect needs, identify decision‑makers, and record accurate notes.
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to senior sales representatives.
• Meet daily and weekly call‑volume and appointment‑setting targets.
• Handle objections following approved scripts and escalate technical queries when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound telemarketing or B2B cold‑calling experience, preferably in technology or services.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu with clear phone etiquette.
• Target‑driven mindset, punctual and reliable for night‑shift work.
• Ability to follow scripts while personalising conversations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems for data entry and lead management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Basic email and web‑browsing skills.

What we offer

• On‑site position with night shift (6 PM – 1:30 AM).
• Training on company services and CRM tools.
• Monthly salary between PKR 30,000 and PKR 60,000.
