Cold Calling Executive – Female (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Female Cold Calling Executive to join our Lahore office. You will work evenings to reach potential clients across Pakistan, introduce our offerings and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects throughout Pakistan.
• Introduce company products/services and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• 3‑6 months experience in cold calling, telesales, customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication in Urdu and good spoken English.
• Confident, persuasive, target‑driven personality.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work the evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM).
