About the role
We are seeking a motivated Cold Email Campaign Specialist to join our Lahore office. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing cold email outreach programs that generate qualified leads and support our business development goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage cold email campaigns.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Extract and verify lead data using modern prospecting tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to support lead generation efforts.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in cold email outreach and lead generation.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Passion for outbound sales and campaign optimization.
