About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Vehicle Financing Manager to lead and expand our vehicle leasing portfolio for a client in the financial leasing sector. The role focuses on business development, risk management, and building strong market relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the commercial vehicle financing portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and target market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, OEMs, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with credit teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain asset quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in financial services or leasing industry.
- Prior experience in auto/commercial vehicle financing preferred.
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
