Commission-Only Call Centre Sales Agent – UK Energy

About the role

vTech Solutions is seeking experienced Call Centre Sales Agents to join its on‑site team in Lahore. This is a 100% commission‑based position focused on selling electricity and gas contracts to UK businesses. Successful candidates will leverage their knowledge of the UK energy market to generate leads and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to UK business customers.
• Generate high‑quality leads and close energy sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Understand customer energy requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a UK Energy Campaign.
• Strong cold‑calling and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
• Graduate degree.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and eager to earn through performance.
• Available to work on‑site in Lahore.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience using CRM systems.
