About the role
Growth Hive is seeking a full‑time Commission Sales Associate to work in a hybrid setting in Sindh, Pakistan. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound outreach, and following up on inbound inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and nurture prospective clients through calls, messages and email.
- Present products or services, explain value propositions and handle basic objections.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare simple activity reports.
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine pitches and support deal closure.
Required profile
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further business or marketing education is advantageous.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and online collaboration platforms.
