Communication & Branding Expert

About the role

Linkers International is looking for a creative and research-oriented Communications & Branding Expert to join its marketing team. The role suits someone who understands brand consistency, can create engaging content, conducts research and uses modern AI tools to improve content creation and marketing processes. It is a full-time, on-site position based in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content for the company website, social media platforms and other digital communication channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, campaigns and online platforms.
• Coordinate content creation and design workflows with the marketing team.
• Conduct research to support content development, brand communication and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, brainstorming and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all content and visual materials align with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

Required profile

• Strong writing, communication and content development skills.
• A good eye for design, aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media content.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage content workflows effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research and productivity.
• Proactive mindset, willing to learn, experiment and adapt to new tools and trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console (GSC) and WordPress.
• Content management and brand consistency across digital channels.
