Community Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Executive to shape a vibrant, collaborative environment for members of our coworking space. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring members feel welcomed, supported, and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with community members, clients, and visitors.
• Oversee day‑to‑day member engagement and maintain a positive coworking experience.
• Handle member onboarding, respond to inquiries, and manage support requests.
• Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, networking sessions, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist with social media engagement and internal community communications.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records, member databases, and feedback reports.
• Support sales by conducting workspace tours and explaining membership plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, customer relations, hospitality, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Energetic, professional personality with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship.

Required skills
