Community & Operations Executive

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator, is seeking a Community & Operations Executive to manage its Islamabad location. You will be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and partners, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet members and guests, answer calls, and provide community information.
• Community Engagement: support members, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs.
• Event Support: assist in planning, logistics, registration, and attendee check‑in for community events.
• Communication Hub: manage email and phone channels, distribute announcements, and maintain high‑quality customer service.
• Administrative Tasks: sort mail, manage schedules, maintain office supplies, update member databases, and support the Community Manager.
• Visitor Management: register and guide visitors while adhering to security protocols and keeping the reception area organized.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collect, analyse, and act on community feedback.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver capable of working independently.
