About the role
The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and timelines while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate labor, contractors, and material usage.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce safety guidelines on site.
- Prepare detailed daily progress reports and communicate any issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project management to resolve site challenges.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of site supervision experience in construction.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and civil drawings.
- Ability to monitor labor productivity and manage material usage efficiently.
