Content Researcher

About the role

Infinity Media is looking for a Content Researcher to join its Monetization / Creatives team in Gulberg III, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) where the researcher acts as the intelligence layer behind the content engine, surfacing stories, angles and insights that feed creative output across social platforms. Ten openings are available.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor news cycles, social platforms and cultural conversations daily to spot what is breaking, building and worth covering
• Dig deep into topics to uncover fresh angles, data points and untold narratives
• Package findings into clear, actionable briefs for writers, strategists and creatives
• Understand what the audience cares about and turn platform signals into research priorities
• Verify claims, sources and data before content goes live
• Stay active across TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, Google Trends and newsletters to catch stories early
• Work with the Storytelling and Strategy teams to keep the content pipeline moving

Required profile

• A genuinely curious person who reads widely, follows closely and connects dots others miss
• Strong grasp of trends in pop culture, digital media, business and social conversation
• Ability to research fast without sacrificing depth or accuracy
• Comfortable working across multiple topics and industries
• Excellent written communication for summarising and briefing research
• Comfortable meeting daily and weekly deadlines
• Bonus: journalism, digital media or editorial research experience; prior work in a content agency or newsroom; familiarity with SEO and search intent
