Vendor Experience Manager

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Vendor Experience Manager to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and ongoing experience of our vendor partners. You will ensure seamless device management, high‑quality content, and continuous improvement of vendor touchpoints across the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vendor onboarding experience from pre‑onboarding to post‑delivery.
• Manage and improve vendor device management to ensure timely performance.
• Ensure quality content for partners to boost customer conversion.
• Analyze performance data, propose optimisations, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and implement service functions addressing vendor pain points.
• Work with Shared Service Centre and product rollout teams to apply regional and global best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytical, customer/vendor experience, support or operations roles.
• Hands‑on project delivery experience.
• Strong ability to analyse data and turn insights into decisions and process improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio.
