Corporate Sales and Business Development Executive

About the role

Pine Court Luxury Resort is expanding its commercial sales operations and seeks energetic, target‑driven professionals to develop corporate and travel‑trade business across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and group‑booking partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, presentations and client visits to promote retreats, executive stays, conferences and group packages.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, achieve monthly revenue targets and coordinate with reservations and operations teams for smooth execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality, tourism, travel trade or B2B business development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with existing corporate or travel industry contacts preferred.
• Ability to generate new business independently, meet sales targets consistently and conduct regular field visits.
