Corporate Trainer (Chagai District locals only)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Trainer to support our training and workforce development projects. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for local participants in Chagai District.
Key responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Create training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Monitor participant progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
Required profile
- Local resident of Chagai District.
- Applicants must be classified as P1 or P2 candidates.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong experience in teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Previous corporate or vocational training experience is an advantage.
