Country Product Owner – Deposits & CVP

About the role

The Country Product Owner for Deposits & CVP will lead the strategic roadmap of the Neobiz portfolio, driving new product, proposition and campaign roll‑outs across Pakistan. You will ensure pricing strategies are executed, risk and governance frameworks are adhered to, and revenue opportunities are maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for deposit and CVP products.
• Manage end‑to‑end launch of new products, propositions and campaigns.
• Execute agreed pricing strategies while maintaining compliance with risk and governance standards.
• Conduct portfolio analysis to identify issues early and optimise revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and support teams to create bundled solutions for retail segments.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis and customer acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• 14+ years of banking or finance experience, preferably in product management.
• Strong understanding of market and revenue drivers across product life‑cycle stages.
• High analytical capability and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with bank operations, sales and support environments.
• Experience with digital banking tools and business intelligence platforms.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• PowerPoint.
• Power BI (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
