Country Product Owner – Deposits & CVP (NeoBiz)

About the role

The Country Product Owner for Deposits & CVP within NeoBiz will lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the retail banking group. This position focuses on delivering innovative deposit solutions and customer value propositions across the country, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product development teams and compliance units to ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time and within regulatory boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of NeoBiz’s strategic roadmap, translating high‑level objectives into actionable product plans.
• Oversee the launch of new products, propositions and marketing campaigns, coordinating all phases from concept to delivery.
• Apply agreed pricing strategies to drive profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with risk management and governance frameworks to safeguard the organization.
• Perform portfolio analysis on an ongoing basis to identify potential issues early, optimise revenue streams and enhance overall product performance.
