Creative Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a client‑facing Creative Project Manager to lead marketing and creative initiatives for high‑profile clients such as coaches, authors, founders, and Fortune 500 executives. You will oversee client communication, strategy, and project delivery while coordinating with internal creative, editorial, publishing, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication across ongoing projects
• Schedule and lead client meetings, prepare and share meeting notes
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with creative, editorial, publishing, and production teams
• Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
• Keep clients updated on progress, approvals, and next steps
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Maintain organized records of feedback, revisions, and approvals
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines and quality standards

Required profile

• Experience in project management, client servicing, or client management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and follow‑up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional, proactive, and solution‑oriented communication style
