Credit Control Officer

About the role

Rech International is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Officer to support its finance team. The role covers accounts receivable, recovery assistance and daily bank reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on overdue invoices by phone and email to secure timely payments.
• Analyze aging reports, track daily receivables and update customer payment statuses in the system.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts to gather documentation and resolve basic invoice and pricing queries.
• Perform daily or weekly bank reconciliations and help identify and match unidentified entries.
• Maintain accurate receivable records and enter transactions into the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or finance support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and basic numerical aptitude.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
