CRM Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions. You will ensure that each solution is scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with best‑practice governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform workloads from discovery through deployment.
• Design data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and ALM strategies using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Govern customizations, plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead technical workshops, make architectural decisions, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers, and support estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.
• Proven expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and the Power Platform.
• Strong background in data migration, transformation, and harmonisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
