Customer Account Manager

About the role

SandLab is looking for fresh graduates to join as Customer Account Managers. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building long‑lasting relationships and matching them with the best‑fitting products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain product value.
• Build trust‑based relationships and act as a client advocate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
• Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, account notes, and client interactions.
• Resolve complaints, improve processes, and prevent future issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Adaptable, organized and able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.
