Marketplace Manager – Amazon KSA & Noon KSA (Islamabad)

About the role

We are an HVAC and industrial products company based in Saudi Arabia expanding our e‑commerce footprint on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA. The Marketplace Manager will own both accounts from product discovery to profitability reporting, working independently from our Islamabad office.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential products for the Saudi market using Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout and similar tools.
• Create and optimise SEO‑friendly listings in English and Arabic, including A+ content and visuals.
• Plan, launch and manage Sponsored Ads on Amazon KSA and Noon, continuously improving ACOS and ROAS.
• Develop pricing and Buy Box strategies, monitor competition and adjust prices to stay competitive.
• Forecast demand, manage FBA/FBN inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Produce weekly and monthly P&L reports covering COGS, ad spend, fees and returns.
• Maintain strong seller metrics, resolve policy or performance issues proactively.
• Identify growth opportunities, new category launches and seasonal campaigns tailored to KSA trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon or Noon marketplace accounts.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab.
• Practical experience using research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Keepa or Jungle Scout.
• Strong understanding of key metrics: ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, BSR and P&L.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to own targets independently.
• Good written and spoken English.
