About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle client queries about stock trading and brokerage services.
• Assist clients with account opening, documentation and KYC requirements.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Guide clients on trading applications and account-related matters.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant business discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Full-time position based in Karachi.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional conduct.
• Basic knowledge of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and stock market operations is an advantage.
