Assistant Director, Wealth Management & Premium Products

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan's first digital bank, is looking for an Assistant Director to lead its Wealth Management and Premium Products portfolio (Zen, Savings, Investments, Term Deposits, etc.). You will define the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle and work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the wealth management portfolio, aligned with company objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver promotional product features and build go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer feedback analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, revenue objectives and pricing of deposit products, and present updates to the Assets and Liability Committee (ALCO).
• Lead the product development lifecycle and the Scrum team, turning the roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, and mentor junior product managers.
• Define and track KPIs, maintain existing products on the app, run funnel analysis and fix issues affecting product success rates.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes and wealth management technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech or digital banking.
• Experience managing and growing financial products such as savings, investments, term deposits and liability products.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, deposit pricing, budgeting and revenue planning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering and product performance monitoring.
