Customer Sales Representative Internship

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative internship is an on‑site position in Karachi where you will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote GleeGather’s STEM programs. You will handle inquiries through phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings while supporting the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present appropriate STEM program options.
• Assist with the enrollment process and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to gather feedback from schools and families.
• Support outreach campaigns, events, and follow‑up activities to meet assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with students, parents, and school representatives.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening, empathy, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities, interest in lead generation and closing enrollments.
