Sales Verification Consultant (Med Alert Closer) - Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Verification Consultant (Med Alert Closer) in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The role verifies sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign and is open to candidates with BPO experience who want to build a career in the BPO industry. It is a night shift position (10 hours).

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams and follow company compliance policies.
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Stay back or work overtime when needed for training, performance improvement or to meet targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.
• Ability to work night shifts.

• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
