About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to work the night shift (6 pm – 3 am PKT) and support sales growth through cold calling and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Deliver sales pitches and promote company products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or other channels.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in purchasing decisions.
- Handle complaints and resolve conflicts to ensure satisfaction.
- Document calls and maintain clear records of interactions.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during high‑volume night shifts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and improve service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, cold calling and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
