Customer Service and Sales Executive (Packaging)

About the role

Custom Boxes (TCB), a premium online printing and packaging company with over 15 years of experience, is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Service and Sales team member in Lahore. The role responds to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, guides customers through custom packaging choices, processes orders and prepares quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide product information and guide customers through custom packaging solutions.
• Process orders, prepare quotations and follow up on leads to turn inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet customer expectations.
• Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and experience to build long-term relationships.
• Professional phone etiquette to manage high call volumes courteously.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, able to identify customer needs and recommend packaging solutions.
• Good organization and time management for multiple orders and follow-ups.
• High school diploma; further education in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or the printing/packaging industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in common office software and customer management tools is beneficial.
