Customer Service Executive (Matchmaker)

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring Customer Service Executives (Matchmakers) for its offices in Karachi. This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Saturday, with morning hours from 11 AM to 8 PM and afternoon hours from 2 PM to 11 PM. The roles are based at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad and DHA Phase 5 branches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide matchmaking services to clients by reading their rishta requirements carefully and discussing them.
• Guide and coach clients on their life partner choices.
• Search the rishta database and send customized marriage proposals according to client needs.
• Provide customer service through the app and portal, and follow up on family rishta meetings.
• Keep matrimonial clients satisfied and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Educated (Intermediate, graduate or master's degree) with good grades.
• Extroverted, outgoing and sociable personality; able to convince people about their life choices.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and positive mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent communication in Urdu and English.
• Fast command of computers, WhatsApp and internet applications.
