About the role
We are seeking a confident and professional Client Relations Executive to communicate with clients, explain company procedures, guide them through processes, and build strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contact clients and clearly explain company procedures, services, and processes.
- Guide clients throughout the process, address queries, and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Convert potential clients into successful deals using effective communication and sales skills.
- Maintain client records and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client experience.
Required profile
- Good educational background; no specific degree required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Previous experience in sales, client relations, or closing deals.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow‑up abilities.
What we offer
- Salary package of PKR 60,000–80,000, including performance‑based commission.
