Customer Service Representative – Office Based in Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a confident, professional and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our growing Lahore team. You will be the primary point of contact for UK‑based clients and candidates, delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact UK clients to discuss requirements, respond to enquiries and maintain professional relationships.
• Communicate with clients and candidates via telephone and email.
• Make follow‑up calls when required and provide clear, helpful responses.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, communications and follow‑ups.
• Support the recruitment team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English – essential.
• Confident telephone manner when speaking with UK clients and candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, proactive personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, recruitment, sales or client‑facing roles is preferred.
