Customer Service Representative – Travel & Tour

About the role

We are seeking a well‑presented, courteous, and customer‑focused representative to promote and sell international travel packages, with a focus on Europe tours.

Key responsibilities

• Visit institutions and businesses to introduce and promote international tours and travel packages.
• Respond to customer inquiries about tour packages, itineraries, pricing, bookings, and travel requirements.
• Promote and sell Europe tour packages to individual and group customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and travel partners.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑dressed, presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to present videos or seminars at events or corporate gatherings.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an international tour or travel company (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of international tours, especially Europe, is advantageous.
