Front Sales Executive

About the role

The Front Sales Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Karachi Division. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, presenting MCS Digitizing’s embroidery services with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers and manage phone and digital inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the production team to convey customer requirements.
• Support basic issue resolution and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Participate in promotional activities and provide feedback on client trends and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities, including lead follow‑up and relationship building.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills such as record keeping and order tracking.
• Prior experience in front‑desk or sales roles, preferably in a service or design‑related business.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
