Senior Upseller – Web & Design Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Upseller to drive high‑value upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the web and design sector. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, achieving ambitious sales targets, and collaborating with design and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Drive monthly revenue of $10K–$15K through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Lead high‑value negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth service delivery with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum O/A Levels education.
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, upselling, or account management, preferably in web, design, digital or software services.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving high‑value sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident, target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to handle senior‑level clients.

Required skills

• Understanding of web design and development concepts.
• Ability to analyse client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
