Customer Service & Sales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

Bitbop is transforming from a digital marketing agency into an AI-enabled parent company with a portfolio spanning AI-driven SaaS products, EdTech ventures, BPO/outsourcing services and a co-working space in Islamabad. It is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative for a night shift, on-site in Islamabad, who builds client relationships, conducts cold outreach and drives conversions. The role sits on the front line of customer acquisition and retention, serving a global client base while generating, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, qualify leads and generate warm opportunities for the sales team.
• Build rapport with potential customers and represent the company professionally in every client interaction.
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Handle inbound client communications by phone, email and live chat, following up proactively to maintain satisfaction and resolve service queries.
• Maintain accurate records of call activity, lead information and pipeline progression in the CRM.
• Use modern communication tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up responses.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken and written English (American English accent highly preferred).
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales or BPO operations, converting cold contacts into qualified leads.
• Strong client-facing, relationship-building and empathetic problem-solving skills.
• Persuasion, objection handling and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced night-shift environment, switching between sales calls and support queries.
• Preferred: 1+ year in outbound sales, customer success, telemarketing or BPO; exposure to tech, SaaS or digital marketing agencies; live chat and ticketing tool experience; familiarity with basic AI tools.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Intermediate office productivity tools.

What we offer

• Pay of 50,000 to 70,000 plus commission.
